The
following instructions will show you how to
connect to your IOLS email account using
Microsoft Outlook 2003. If you need assistance,

Step
1
Start Microsoft Outlook and click Tools >
Email Accounts on the menu bar.

Select Add a New E-mail Account and then
click the Next button.
If you are checking the settings of an existing
email account click on View of change existing
e-mail accounts and go to step 3.

Select POP3 and then Click the Next
button.

Step

Enter Your Name, Email Address, User
Name, and Password. Then enter your POP3
and SMTP server addresses.
Note: If your email address is @iols.com
use the following information:
E-mail Address: username@iols.com
Incoming Mail Server (POP3): mail.iols.com
Then click the More Settings button.

Click the Outgoing Server tab.

Select the My Outgoing Server (SMTP) Requires
Authentication checkbox and then click the OK
button.

Click the Next button and then click the Finish
button. You may now send and receive your email
through Outlook.
