Netscape
Mail Setup
(Before Communicator - 3.x and
earlier)
(Note:

After you have put Netscape Navigator
onto your computer, follow these instructions to configure your
email properly.
Launch Netscape Navigator. You need
not be on-line.
Open the Options menu and select Mail
and news Preferences.
Click the Servers tab
Where it says Outgoing Mail (SMTP)
Server, type: smtp.iols.nete
Where it says Incoming Mail (POP3)
Server, type: mail.iols.com
In the News (NNTP) Server, type:
news.iols.net
Type in your login (username) where
it says POP3 User Name.
*You do not need to
alter your Mail & News Directories*
When you have made the
servers tab look like above picture, click on the Identity tab. The
only necessary entries to make here are in Your Email and Reply to
Address. Your email address should go in both of these. You should
make it look like this.
