price too much when I go to renew my Internet provider I will

conversed with you several times on the 15th re connection
speeds on our 56k modem and you patiently suggested getting an
upgraded driver. After tinkering with it for 2 days I
decided to call the vendor since I was not getting any help
from the manufacturer. You were right. I contacted
Dell tech support and they sent me an upgraded V.90 driver
(via download) and it now shows a connection of 115200 bps if
that's possible. Us Robotics "Modem Installation
Wizard" is not such a wizard and it told me that there is
no update for my 56k modem where Dell tech reps got me one in
no time. Once again it helps to speak to a person rather
than blindly surf the net. Maybe this will help you in
assisting future problems like this."
