A
Static IP Address allows you to have the same IP Address (xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx)
each time you access the internet with your dialup access account at
your Point Of Presence (POP). This is useful for Virtual
Private Networking (VPN) or connecting to your PC from remote
locations.
The
cost of a static IP Address is $20.00/mo. in addition to your dialup
Internet access account (v.90/56k or ISDN) with IOLS and is billed
per the term (Monthly, quarterly or annual) of your access plan.
There is also a one time setup charge of $15.00 per static IP
Address.
Please
note:
Static
IP Addresses are only available on dialup Internet access plans
offered by IOLS.
You
are allowed one (1) static IP Address per active dialup Internet
access account with IOLS.
The
static IP Address assigned to your IOLS dialup Internet account
is not transferable between Points Of Presence (POP's)
throughout the IOLS dialup network.

note on all Accounts:
Certain terms apply. Accounts are not intended to be a
dedicated connection. Local Telephone company charges, if
applicable, are extra. You are also responsible for your own
hardware, software and for telephone line. Static IP
addresses or shell accounts are not included. All IP Addresses
are dynamically assigned. All access plans listed above are
for personal use and are prepaid. For business or multiple
